We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom items cannot be refunded, but depending on the situation it can be replaced by something of equal or lesser value.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages, it is the buyer's responsibility to create a missing mail/package form.

Every order is a flat rate fee of $3 domestically and $10 outside of the U.S

Please allow 7-10 business days (Mon-Fri) for processing, so we can give each order an equal amount of attention.

We make all of our items by hand, so please keep this in mind while you wait!

Custom orders may take up to 21 days to ship out.

We can only repair certain items, in some circimstances it may be easier to do a replacement - please contact us for more details and we will see what we can do!

If your order gets damaged due to normal wear, you can reach out for a free repair (limited 1 time use) if your order has been placed within the last 3 months.

Please understand that certain pieces that are limited edition may be ineligible for repair - we appreciate your understanding!

Our jewelry is durable but not indestructible so please handle with care!
